Jeremiah 31:31-34 I will make a new covanent

Greetings one and all! Sorry for the delay in the new post. I was in Krum with the rest of my family because my sister and brother-in-law gave birth to their daughter Madelyn (Maddie) Grace Chism on Monday! We're all so very excited! We all got to hold her and she is just precious!
Now on to the last Jeremiah keynote address. It was done on 31:31 through 34. It reads, "The time is coming, declares the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah. It will not be like the covenant I made with their forefathers when I took them by the hand to lead them out of Egypt, because they broke My covenant though I was a husband to them, declares the Lord. This is the covenant I will make with the house of Israel after that time, declares the Lord. I will put My laws in their minds and write it on their hearts. I will be their God and they will My people. No longer will a man teach his neighbor or a man his brother, saying 'Know the Lord' because they will all know Me from the least of them to the greatest, declares the Lord. For I will forgive their wickedness and will remember their sins no more". This is a really awesome text! God is making a new covenant with Israel because they and Judah broke it , so He made a new one. He did this because He loved them as He loves us. As He promised to forgive them, He forgives us too.
Lord-willing some day I will get to go to the Pepperdine Lectureship. I hope to get involved in church planting or some other kind of full-time church ministry in either the Northeast or Northwest and hopefully will be able to attend the Pepperdine Lectures someday.
As I said above, my brother-in-law and sister Jake and Angie Chism had their baby girl on Monday. It was so exciting because our whole immediate family was their to see her make her grand entrance. It was truly a special occasion.
And lastly, please be praying for the AIM students and my friends Elijah and Kristan and their team heading to New Zealand later on this year. And please be praying for Rob and Denyce and their team as they prepare to go to Russia. Thank you everyone! Be blessed!
